About Us

Why We Started

We started Røe Pilates with a simple belief: movement should feel personal, empowering, and intentional.

Pilates transformed the way we connect with my body, and we wanted to create a space where others could experience the same without distraction or judgment.

Our vision

  1. Small, intimate classes.

  2. Every client feels seen, supported and guided.

  3. A space free of distractions just you, your instructor and practice.

Why Røe?

The name Røe was chosen for its simplicity and elegance, a reflection of calm, strength, and balance.

Our Home

Based in Hackney, our studio offers single-gender classes in a discreet, luxury setting, where every client feels supported and seen.

Beyond Pilates

For us, Røe Pilates is more than fitness, it’s about carving out time for yourself, building strength, and finding balance in a busy world.
