Beginners Foundation Course

Starts Monday 1st June at 18:30pm

A Structured 4 week Reformer pilates course designed for complete beginners. You’ll train with the same instructor and small group of 5 participants each week, allowing you to build confidence, learn correct technique, and progress safely at a steady pace.

This course is ideal for anyone new to Reformer pilates or returning after a break.

Prenatal Foundation Course

A supportive 4 week reformer pilates programme designed for woman in early pregnancy (0-28 weeks). The course focuses on strength, mobility and breath led movement in a calm welcoming environment.

Classes are kept intentionally small with a maximum 5 participants so instructors can focus on each individual.
