Why We Started

Røe Pilates was born from a simple idea. Pilates should feel personal, intentional, and empowering. We wanted to create more than just a studio, a sanctuary where movement and mindfulness come together.

We are proud to be based in Central hackney, offering a discreet and luxury space where men and women can train in single gender classes designed for comfort and confidence.

  • We operate a strict clean-between-classes policy, sanitising all equipment and high-touch areas to ensure every session starts fresh.

Booking & Attendance

  • Book easily through our website where your space is confirmed instantly

  • Yes , join the waiting list and you’ll be notified if a space opens up.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to prepare, settle in, and enjoy a calm start to your session

Memberships, Packages & Payments

  • With a package, you pay upfront for a fixed number of sessions and use them at your own pace. A membership renews automatically, giving you consistent access each month.

  • While we don’t provide refunds, our 24-hour cancellation policy lets you move your booking to another date.
